We are looking forward to the season-program entitled A Little Night Music with Mozart performed by the Pacific Baroque Orchestra on Friday, October 16, at 7:30 p.m. in the Matsqui Centennial Auditorium.
I am pleased to note that, with the completion of the new police station, there is now more parking available in the upper parking lot just to the west of the MCA.
The detailed online program has been posted at www.valleyconcertsociety.com .
There will be a pre-concert talk in the foyer at 6:50 p.m. featuring two of the musicians. Doors open to the public at 6:30 p.m.
I will add a friendly reminder that we are asking you not to use perfumes or scents at the concert out of consideration for those in our audience who experience adverse allergic reactions.
Tickets are still available at the door or online at $35 for seniors/adults and $20 for students. For more information, call 604-289-3377.
I look forward to seeing you at the concert.
