The Valley Concert Society will hold its Annual General Meeting on Wednesday, September 6, at 7:00 p.m. It will be an in-person meeting in the Conference Centre of the Best Western Plus Regency Inn located at 32110 Marshall Road, Abbotsford.
The public is invited to attend. Members of the society will have voting privileges at the meeting. If you are planning to attend, please RSVP to info@valleyconcertsociety.com to help us plan the arrangements.
The meeting typically lasts about one hour. There will be reports on the activities of the board over the past year, and the election of a new board. There is an opening for a new board member. If you are interested in serving your community in this way, please contact Emma Sweeney at 604-226-0463.
