This message is to give notice that The Valley Concert Society will hold its 2023 Annual General Meeting on Wednesday, September 6, at 7:00 p.m. in the Conference Centre of the Best Western Plus Regency Inn and Conference Centre located at 32110 Marshall Road, Abbotsford.
The public is welcome to attend. Members of the society will have voting privileges.
The Valley Concert Society welcomes expressions of interest from anyone who would consider becoming part of the board of directors. Two areas of particular need involve publicity through social media and development of financial support.
The Valley Concert Society also invites people to consider volunteering as ushers at the concerts.
