The Valley Concert Society has held the draw for an additional free subscription among all those who subscribed by June 30. We are pleased to announce that Kim Hunter is the winner. She will be able to bring a guest to all six concerts or six guests to one each of the concerts in our season or any combination between those.
We are pleased to report that subscription purchases as of June 30 are up by 22% over last season at this point. We appreciate you, our supportive audience, and we are grateful for the many who have added a donation with their purchase of a subscription.
We look forward to our season-opening concert on Friday, October 16, when the brilliant Pacific Baroque Orchestra brings a program on the theme of night music. In the meantime, enjoy your summer.
