The trio performs on traditional Russian instruments. Sergei Teleshev plays the bayan, a button accordion. He became the U.S. V Accordion champion in 2013 and won in two categories at the International Accordion Competition in Victoria, BC, in 2017.
Valerie Petrukhin plays the giant bass balalaika. He has performed with many famous Russian folk orchestras and ensembles.
Vladimir Volokhin plays the tiny domra. He won the title of National Champion in the All-Russian Domra Competition in 1986 and 1990.
